Share Your Voice for a Chance to Win $25

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program and Family Nutrition Program (SNAP-Ed) team, through NDSU Extension, is interested in your thoughts about how our programs can better help North Dakotans eat smart, save money, and be active.

Fill out a short, anonymous survey to share your feedback with us. Results will not be used for research but will be used for ongoing program improvement. Seven randomly selected people who complete the survey will receive a $25 gift card. Once completed, you will be redirected to a separate link to enter the drawing.
